Mango and Broccoli Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 large ripe mango, diced
1/2 cup boiled broccoli (leave it to cool before use)
1 banana
1/2 cup tender spinach
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of tender coconut water or plain water
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice (optional)

Instructions:

Boil the broccoli in salted water until it becomes soft, then leave to cool.

Combine sliced mango, boiled and cooled broccoli, banana, spinach, Greek yogurt and coconut water (or plain water) in a blender.

Add honey or maple syrup to taste.

If desired, add ice for a more refreshing flavor and texture.

Blend all the ingredients until a smooth mass is obtained.

Try a smoothie and, if necessary, adjust the taste by adding more honey if you want to make it sweet, or water if you want to adjust the consistency.

Serve smoothies with mango and broccoli immediately, enjoying the taste and health benefits.
